摘要：

医院在全面建设小康社会的进程中肩负着保障人民健康、促进经济发展的重任，也是党和政府联系群众的重要纽带。
随着医疗卫生领域不正之风的屡屡出现，医患纠纷的层出不穷，医院的作风建设问题日趋受到了社会各界的重视。加强医院
的作风建设须崇尚医德、精医术、重管理3个方面狠下功夫。

Abstract:

In the process of building a well-off society, hospital becomes the safeguard of people's health, the boost of economic
development and the link between government and citizens. As malpractice and medical dispute become rampant, the style
construction of hospital increasingly attracts people's attention. The article stresses noble medical ethics, excellent medical skills and good management are the breakthrough of hospital style construction.
