摘要：

目的：评价责任制整体护理对住院留守儿童的护理效果。方法：通过评估住院留守儿童的心理状况，探索在西南边疆
少数民族聚居地，对留守儿童进行心理疏导、健康教育、行为干预的责任制整体护理效果。结果：通过对住院留守儿童角色功
能评定，干预护理前两组患儿评分比较差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05），干预护理后观察组评定总和113分与干预组评定总和
336分比较差异具有统计学意义（P =0.025<0.05）。结论：通过开展优质护理活动，落实“以人为本”的责任制整体护理，积极引
导、排除住院留守儿童的心理障碍，促进早日康复，改善留守儿童健康状况。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the responsibility system for holistic nursing care for hospital left-behind children.
Methods: By evaluating the psychological status of hospital left-behind children, this research aims at exploring the effects of the
responsibility system for the overall care for left-behind children in southwest frontier minority settlements, including psychological
counseling, health education and behavior intervention. Results: Through the functional assessment of hospital left-behind children, it is shown that there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of two groups of children（P > 0.05）before nursingintervention; after nursing intervention, the total score for the non- nursing intervention group is 113 points, while the nursingintervened group is 336 points, which shows that the difference is statistically significant（P = 0.025 < 0.05）. Conclusion: Through high-quality nursing activities, the "people-oriented" responsibility system of the overall care can actively guide and eliminate the psychological barriers of hospital left-behind children so that a speedy recovery and health recuperation could be expected.
