摘要：

平衡区域发展是云南省长期以来面临的问题。云南省国家级贫困县较多，而不属于国家级贫困县的区域已有一定程
度的发展，研究这些区域的现状能为云南省统筹区域发展提供参考。将回归分析运用到云南56个非国家级贫困县（区）的统
计数据中，结果表明：一是云南省区域之间、城乡之间发展差距明显；二是第二产业的发展需要进一步推动；三是区位因素在
56个县（区）发展中所起的作用并不明显，滇中经济圈建设需要加强。

Abstract:

One of main problems faced by Yunnan Province is the balance of regional development. There are many state poor
counties in Yunnan Province while other non-state poor counties have relatively higher degree of development. Research on non-state
poor counties contributes to provincial development. Regression analysis was applied to the data of these regions and the result
demonstrates: 1. noticeable region disparities; 2. low-level development of secondary industry; 3. and the local advantages are not
maximized in Yunnan Province and the construction of the economic circle of Central Yunnan.
