云南松松塔不同极性部位对不同状态豚鼠离体气管的影响

摘要:

目的:观察云南松松塔不同极性部位对不同状态豚鼠离体气管的解痉作用。方法:采用离体气管法,观察云南松松塔
不同极性部位对静息、乙酰胆碱(Ach)和组胺(His)致痉豚鼠离体气管的影响。结果:云南松松塔乙醇浸膏、石油醚部位和氯仿
部位可以降低静息离体气管的张力,明显提高基础解痉率;云南松松塔乙醇浸膏、石油醚部位、氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位可以
降低Ach、His致痉的离体气管张力,明显提高致痉气管的解痉率。结论:云南松松塔乙醇浸膏、石油醚部位和氯仿部位可提高
不同状态豚鼠离体气管的解痉率,对静息和致痉离体气管平滑肌有松弛作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the spasmolytic action of different polar parts of Pinus yunnanensis on trachea in vitro of guinea
pigs in different state. Methods: Using the methods of trachea in vitro, the influence of different polar parts of P. yunnanensis on
trachea in vitro in resting state and acetylcholine(Ach)or histamine(His)induced spasm state were observed. Results: Ethanol
extract, petroleum ether and chloroform parts of P. yunnanensis can reduce the tension of trachea in vitro in resting state and
significantly increase basic spasmolysis rate; Ethanol extract, petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate parts of P. yunnanensis can
reduce the tension of trachea in vitro in the Ach, His induced spasm state and significantly increase spasmolysis rate of spasmodic
trachea. Conclusion: Ethanol extract, petroleum ether and chloroform part of P. yunnanensis can improve the spasmolysis rate of
trachea in vitro of guinea pigs in different state, and relax resting and spasmodic trachea.
