摘要:

政府绩效评估是绩效管理中最核心、最重要的部分,电子政务已成为各国政府提高行政效率的必选方案和实施政府绩
效评估的有力助推器。电子政务支撑下的政府绩效评估,对更科学、公平、全面地评价政府工作绩效产生积极影响。电子政务
建设为政府绩效评估提供良好的信息平台和强大的技术支持,在价值取向、评估主体、评估重点、评估技术等方面对政府绩效
评估产生积极的促进作用。

Abstract:

Government performance evaluation is the core and the most important part of performance management. E-government
has become the required scheme to improve administrative efficiency for governments and a powerful booster to implement government
performance evaluation. Government performance evaluation supported by E-government would have a positive impact on a more
scientific, fair and comprehensive evaluation of government work performance. E-government construction offers a good information
platform and strong technical support for government performance evaluation in many aspects, such as value orientation, evaluation
subject, evaluation emphasis, evaluation technology, etc. It would also play a positive role in promoting government performance
evaluation.
