On the English Teaching Reform in Elementary Education Based on the Pronunciation Problems in

Abstract:

English pronunciation and intonation are directly related to the English study quality. Nevertheless, there remain serious pronunciation problems in the English -major students in our university. This article studies the present elementary English pronunciation teaching situation in primary and secondary schools, attempting to fully interpret the nature of language teaching and the implications of curriculum reform.
