It is civil right to enjoy the results of culture development. The central government has been working on the problems of
farmers who have difficulties in buying, borrowing and reading books. As a result, the project of farmer bookstore comes into being. It is one of the most important measures to promote the cultural construction of countryside and solve reading difficulties for peasants. Besides, it is a vital task for all of libraries in the cities and counties to set up farmer bookstore well. Nanjian county library has done a lot of effective work, such as the choice of the address and administrators, business counseling and so on, which makes the library play a major role in the construction of the farmer bookstore in the whole county.
