Research and Development of the College Teachers Personal Homepage Based on W eb Text M ining

This paper elaborates the importance and necessity of building college teachers personal homepage，and then analyzes the urgency of building college teachers personal homepage OH the basis of web text mining. Finally，the paper expounds the design and implement of the system from such aspects of architecture，function module and key technologies．
