Attribution Analysis and Status Que Research on Graduate's Self-efficacy
———Taking the Postgraduate in Yunnan University As an Example

In recent years, with the rapid expansion of graduate enrollment, the quality of postgraduate talents has been widely noticed by people. The self-efficacy plays important role in education of postgraduates. We chose 188 master candidates who come from Yunnan University as research object to analyze the situation of self-efficacy. Based on the research results above, the article illustrates what factors can influence the promotion of postgraduate's self-efficacy under the direction of Bandura's ternary reciprocal determinism.Through these analysis, we hope to improve the postgraduate's self-efficacy.
