Reflection on the Party's Mass Work Under New Situations: Study Experience of General Secretary Hu Jintao's July 1st Speech

It is a truth tested by practice that masses are the creator of history, which is basic view of Marxist historical materialism and. On the base of materialist mass concept of history, the mass work is the overall work of promoting the Chinese socialist cause led by the CPC, and It's also the long-termed and persistent work of serving the people wholeheartedly. Hu Jintao's July 1st Speech has illustrated systematically and profoundly that the mass work under the new situations is that the majority of party members and cadres should firmly establish the Marxist view of masses, consciously practice the concept of public servant, thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development and always maintain close tie with the masses.
