Briefly Discussion on the Construction of the Characteristic Literature Resources under the New Situation

First of all, this article analyzes the existing problems. Secondly, it discusses the problems which should be paid attention to during the literature resources construction. Finally, the author takes Zunyi Normal College as a case of the characteristic literature resources construction.
