Abstract:

The theoretical basis of criminal reconciliation is the cornerstone of building criminal reconciliation system , Chinese criminal reconciliation, whose theoretical basis is different from western countries, is formed in practice spontaneously, Based on the practice of criminal reconciliation，the author presents that harmonious social theory, common interests theory, victim reconciliation theory should be regarded as the theoretical basis of Chinese criminal reconciliation in the hope of constructing criminal reconciliation system.
