Inquiry into the Employment Status of Graduates in Colleges and Universities in Yunnan

College graduates' employment is close with national welfare and the people's livelihood. the article introduces all the college graduates' employment status and analyses graduate employment characters in Yunnan based on job figures in 2010. It explores the employment status for different educational background divided into 6 kinds: university, normal university, independent institute, higher vocational college, private higher education college, compares the employment rate for 11 majors, analyses the existing problems in employment of graduates ,and puts forward the suggestions and solutions to solve the hardship of employment.
