With the coming of the popularization stage of higher education in China, the number of students enrollment and
graduates is increased rapidly, which makes the contradiction between supply and demand of graduates outstanding daily, and the difficulties for college students to get jobs have become a hot issue, so the employment education for university students has entered an new stage. The article analyzes the reason for the employment education problem in Chinese colleges and universities so as to improve the employment education for college students. In this paper the advice is given that the work of employment education system for
college students should be a full process.
