Relationship of College Student's Self-identity, Organizational Identification and Self-esteem

College student's self-identity, organizational identification and self-esteem were studied by using structural equation
model. The results showed that student's self-identity had direct and remarkable predictive effects on college identification and selfesteem. Therefore, the paper proposed that the recognition of the class, school and self-esteemth could be enhanced through the enhancement of self-identity of the college student.
