Taking the quality development training of Dali University as an example，this study argues that the quality development training can effectively improve the psychological quality of college students. It is an effective way of the developmental psychological health education. According to different grades of college students' physical and psychological characteristics, we can construct the environmental adaptation period, problem-prone period, emotional conflict period, job-hunting period as the theme of the college students' psychological quality development training curriculum system .
