Abstract:

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of 810 nm diode laser combined with skin care in the treatment of facial
acne vulgaris. Methods: 110 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into the treatment group（65 cases）: laser combined
with facial skin care treatment group; and the control group（45 cases）: diode laser treatment group. Both groups were performed diode
laser for a course. Results: The improvement rate of acne lesions in the treatment group was significantly higher（90.77%）than that of
the control group（71.11%）. There was significant difference between the two groups（P <0.01）. Conclusion: 810 nm diode laser
combined with skin care treating acne vulgaris has better curative effect than pure diode laser treatment
