Abstract:

Objective: Surfactant-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(SA-DLLME)and ultrasound-assisted dispersive
liquid-liquid microextraction(UA-DLLME)were coupled with conventional spectrophotometer to pre-concentrate and determine
lomefloxacin hydrochloride(LMFH), as well as to compare their analytical performances. Methods: The experimental conditions were
optimized and the analytical performances of the two kinds of DLLME techniques for LMFH determination were compared. Results:
After optimization, the LODs were 4.0 μg/L and 6.0 μg/L for SA-DLLME and UA-DLLME, respectively, with the enhancement factors
of 31 and 20 folds. Conclusion: The analytical performance of SA-DLLME was obviously better than UA-DLLME. The developed
methods were applied to the determination of LMFH in real samples with satisfactory analytical results.
