Abstract:

The construction of national green economy demonstration area accelerates the industrial structure adjustment pace in
Pu'er City, also provides a new adjustment direction and space for the employment structure. The use of structure deviation degree can
measure the coordination degree between industrial structure and employment structure in Pu'er City from 2000 to 2014. The deviation
degree of primary industry, the secondary industry and the employment structure is pretty high while the tertiary industry shares the
balance with the employment structure. To promote the harmonious development of industrial structure and employment structure, it is
important to accelerate the process of urbanization, establish sound labor market in urban and rural areas, and adjust the structure of
education to meet the labor force of the optimized and upgraded industrial structure.
