The Unique Edition of The Song of Road and Zhang Han, a Writer of Yunnan in Qing Dynasty

Abstract:

The Song of Road, a book written in form of poet on the way from Yunnan to Beijing, is a unique edition in the world. There
is no any record of it in Aggregation of Series of Chinese Ancient Books, Collections of Series of Chinese Ancient Books, Chinese Ancient
Rare Books Bibliography, or Chinese National Bibliography of Ancient Books. Taiwan now. It is verified to be written by a famous poet,
Zhang Han, from Yunnan in early Qing Dynasty. The book is about the post road in poem style with novelty, vivid images and concision
in describing the situation of the post road from Yunnan to Beijing in Qing Dynasty. It shows the value of geography and literature, and
can fill the omit in the catalogue of Chinese ancient books.
