Abstract:         The relationship between editors and authors is not passive orstatic. It should be a dynamic and benign interaction, through which the quality of published articles could be promoted to the largest extent. A good interactive relationship is reflected in that the editor takes the responsibility of polishing the articles, establishing academic groups of contributors, presenting the specific features of  the journals, and stimulating authors' enthusiasm for creation. For young editors, it is especially important to establish a good interactive relationship with the authors in order to solve the problems in soliciting contributions and to promote professional skills and
capability.
