Abstract:         Erhai Lake is one of the well-protected lakes in China, but with the increase of population, the development of tourism and  the change of agricultural industry structure, the environmentprotection of Erhai Lakeis getting increasingly difficult. Since the  Eleventh Five-Year Plan, many pollution control projects around the Erhai Lake Basin have been implemented successively. However,there are still some difficulties and problems in project management. Based on the three aspects, namely the management system and mechanism, project construction and project operation, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for themanagement system reform and the establishment of long-term mechanism for water pollution control project.
