One Road construction,. China-Myanmar border areas is one of major distribution regions of Chinese cross-border ethnic groups, and
its development is closely related to the social development and stability of Chinese frontier areas. Five aspects of socio-economical
development is identified in this paper, as well as eight aspects of obstacles and problems. It is necessary to reshape development
concept and restructure development mechanism. This paper puts forward the basic approaches and measures for accelerating
development from nine aspects.
