Abstract:

In the collision and integration of tradition and modernity, rural mutual aid elderly care has become the carrier of behavior value. In behavior practice, the behavior value of rural mutual aid elderly care has realized the transition from the traditional value dominated by morality to the construction of modern multiple values such as material and spirit, and from the traditional instrumental unitary value to the contemporary multiple value choice. Among them, "Shangde" (Virtue advocating) and other traditional value factors are the constant value elements in the practice of rural mutual aid elderly care. Efficiency and technology are the variable value factors of rural mutual pension behavior. Therefore, under the tension of "change" and "invariance", a value evolution logic from "seeking change in stability" to "seeking innovation in change" has been established in rural mutual pension behavior, so as to effectively respond to the diversified needs of rural pension. However, at present, the effect of rural mutual aid pension behavior is not satisfactory, and the imbalance of behavior value can not be ignored. Accordingly, it is proposed to deepen the traditional value and ensure the correctness of the value orientation of rural mutual aid elderly care; to cultivate value elements such as efficiency and improve the efficiency of rural mutual assistance and pension behavior; to integrate the value utility of behavior and comprehensively improve the service quality of rural mutual pension, in order to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of rural mutual pension behavior.
