Abstract:

 Carrying out high-quality intra-Party political activities is necessary for promoting the new great project of party construction. In the course of the CPC's century-long struggle, the institutionalization of intra-Party political activities closely followed the Party's mission and central tasks in different periods. In order to deepen our efforts to comprehensively and strictly govern the Party, it is urgent to build an intra-Party political life system that includes regulatory, normative and cultural-cognitive elements. The three institutional basic elements are "joint matching of similar operation logic" to jointly provide different levels of path support for the cognition of intra-Party subjects and abide by the standards of intra-Party political activities.The regulatory elements are in the basic position. To improve the legal and rational political authority and the system of inner-Party laws and regulations,in the form of supervision and punishment, compulsory rules are constructed for party members and cadres to regulate their behavior. In the middle level, the normative elements are the social expectation of value-oriented behavior; cultural and cognitive elements are in the core position to convey the cultural schema of party construction behavior support in the form of internalization.
