Research on the Practice Mechanism of Party Building Embedded in the Governance of Relocation and Resettlement Communities in Ethnic Minority Areas: A Case Study of Yongfu Community in Lanping County, Yunnan Province

Abstract:

Realizing the sustainable development of resettlement residents and effective governance of relocation communities for poverty alleviation and resettlement is the proper meaning of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation. Based on the embeddedness theory, this paper uses the research method of grounded theory to extract the embedding path of structure, function, relationship and cognition from the practical experience of party building leading community governance in Yongfu Community, Lanping County, Yunnan Province. And it summarizes the practical experience of party building leading embedment and resettlement communities through the embedding path, that is, to achieve effective coverage of grassroots party organizations to build a community governance system led by party building, give full play to the advantages and functions of local party organizations to integrate the element resources of community governance. Measures such as connecting the emotions of diverse governance subjects in the community, building a friendly and trusting field relationship, and cultivating the sense of community of community residents to activate the endogenous driving force of community governance are aimed at providing theoretical thinking and experience reference for guidance in Party building embedded in relocation communities for poverty alleviation and resettlement in ethnic areas.
