Abstract: It is of great significance to explore ways for social work to intervene in emergent public health crises to promote all parties to participate in the national emergency rescue system. Based on crisis intervention theory and ecosystem theory, in-depth interviews were conducted with the staff of Social Work Association of J Province and the coordinators of all parties. The study found that the Social Work Association of J Province mobilized resources from all sides to assist the country in jointly fighting the epidemic, and its organization and action mode were efficient and practical. However, the intervention path of social work was still insufficient, and it needed to further improve the existing problems from micro, meso and macro perspectives.
