Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Teaching Quality Guarantee System#br# in Application-oriented Universities#br# —Taking Dali University as An Example#br#

Abstract: The construction of a high-level quality guarantee system is the foundation and assurance of the construction of a highquality
educational system. Based on its own practical experience, Dali University adheres to the principles of comprehensiveness,
systematicness and developmentality, following the OBE educational philosophy and the theory of Systematic Management and Total
Quality Management, applying PDCA cycle management method to educational and teaching quality management, constructing the
6S1C "Seven-in-one" educational and teaching quality guarantee system, which is composed of the following six systems, namely,
"Decision-making and Command System, Goal and Standard System, Organization and Implementation System, Support and Guarantee
System, Monitoring and Evaluation System, Feedback and Promotion System" and "FIVE-SELF" quality culture, to form a teaching
quality supervision and evaluation mechanism with "Four Checks, Six Assessments and Three Monitoring" as the core, so as to realize
the normal monitoring and closed-loop management of education and teaching quality with the coordinated participation of multiple
subjects, in order to make the main links and factors that affect the quality of education and teaching in the process of personnel
training in a controlled state all the time, and form a four-step circular operating mechanism of "Monitoring-Evaluation-Feedback-
Improvement", to create a "FIVE-SELF" quality culture with the core of "self-consciousness of pursuing excellence, self-introspection
of facing problems, self-discipline of obeying norms, comprehensive and in-depth self-examination system, and self-correction
mechanism of continuous improvement", thus promoting the high-quality development of undergraduate education.
