Practical Dimensions of Integrating Socialist Core Values in to Rural Governance

Abstract:

The effective integration of socialist core values into rural governance fosters a symbiotic, complementary, and mutually enriching relationship, promoting harmonious rural development. Practically, this requires coordination in three structural dimensions:(1) "Bidirectional Fusion," wherein the implementation and reception of core values are harmonized through mutual understanding, behavioral alignment, and the fusion of publicity with voluntary practice; (2) "Catalytic Motivation, " which involves balancing generational, class, and popular power structures, encouraging the development of grassroots organizations in production, consumption, and recreation, and enhancing the role of education in life cultivation; and (3) "Field Optimization, " which encompasses shifts in educational philosophy toward engaged learning, innovation in civic organization fostering positive interaction, and the transparent allocation of industrial resources, thereby creating a dynamic field conducive to both effective governance and value propagation.
