Abstract:

The entrepreneurship of college students "village official" does not only improve students comprehensive qualities,
alleviate the re-employment pressure of floating "village officials", and promote the talents flow between urban and rural, but also
improves grass-roots cadres' quality, which boosts the flow work of college student "village officials" to certain extent. However,
college student "village officials" are facing many problems during the entrepreneurship: difficulty of finding projects, financing and
updating technology, as well as poor capability. Aiming at above problems, this paper puts forward suggestions for providing valuable
references to the entrepreneurship of college students "village officials".
