Risk Management of Venous Blood Collection Caring at the Physical Examination Center

Abstract:

Objective: To reduce the incidence of risky venous blood collection at the Physical Examination Center and to implement
effective nursing risk management and improve work efficiency. Methods: According to the work of the center, due to the risk factors of the working staff, the work and the examinees, preventions were summerized. Results: Venous blood collection was conducted with good quality, less complaint and complication. And the nurses had a positive working attitude. Conclusion: Nursing risks were effectively avoided, the quality of caring was improved, the number of nursing staff was reduced, and the work efficiency was enhanced.
