Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the causes of nursing dispute in Emergency Department and to provide precautions. Methods: Based on the service attitude and operation skills, this paper analyses the cause of nursing dispute and provides precautions. Results: Nursing quality and relationship between nurse and patient were improved; meanwhile, nursing disputes decreased dramatically. Conclusion: The improvement of nurse theory, morality and professional skill is an effective way to avoid nursing disputes.
