    Objective: To explore the chemical constituents from the underground part of Isodon lophanthoides. Methods: The
    compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by
    various spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results: Five steroidal compounds and two ceramide compounds were
    obtained from ethyl acetate fraction of 70% acetone-water extract of the Isodon lophanthoides underground part and identified as
    stigmast-4-ene-3-one(1), stigmasterol(2), 7α-hydroxysitosterol(3), daucosterol(4), 5α, 6β-dihydroxy-daucosterol(5),(2S, 3S,
    4R, 8E)-2-[(2′R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-1, 3, 4-octadecanetriol-8-ene(6), and 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S, 3R, 4E,
    8Z)-2-[(2′R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-1,3-octadecanediol-4, 8-diene(7). Conclusion: All of these compounds except for
    2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time, while the compounds 5-7 were firstly obtained from the underground part of
    Isodon plants.

    Objective: To explore the oligosaccharide constituents of Campylotropis Trigonoclada for finding bioactive natural
    products. Methods: The extract water part of C. trigonoclada was chromatographied by silica gel, ODS column and LH-20 gel column

    Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Campylotropis trigonoclada, aiming at searching for bioactive
    ingredients. Methods: The extract part of C. trigonoclada was separated by a combination of various chromatographied including
    silica gel and ODS column chromatography methods, and the isolates were identified based on spectroscopic analyses(MS, 1H NMR
    and 13C NMR). Results: Twenty compounds were isolated from C. trigonoclada and characterized as Stigmasterol(1), β-Sitosterol
    (2), 7α- Hydroxysitosterol(3), Oleanolic acid(4), Ursolic acid(5), Daucosterine(6), Daucosterol lionleate(7), β- Sitosterol
    palmitate(8), Isoorientin(9), Onocerin(10), 7-Hydroxy-4′, 6-dimethoxyisoflavone(11), Oleic acid(12), Hexadecane(13),
    Palmitic acid(14), Heptacosanol(15), Docosanoic acid(16), Linoleic acid(17), α-Linolenic acid(18), D-2-O-Quebrachitol
    (19)and D-Pinitol(20). Conclusion: Compounds 1-20 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

    Objective: To explore the chemical constituents of Swertia angustifolia Buch. Methods: Compounds were separated and
    purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH- 20 column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of
    physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Seven monomeric compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate extract of S.
    angustifolia, which were characterized to be vanillic acid(1), 1,3,8-trihydroxy-5-methoxy xanthone(2), 5, 7, 4′-trihydroxy flavanone
    (3), 1-Hydroxy-3, 5, 6-trimethoxy xanthone(4), methyl -3, 4-dihydroxy benzoate(5), diisobutyl-phthalate(6), methyl-bellidifolin
    (7). Conclusion: All seven compounds were obtained from S. angusifolia for the first time .

    Objective: To explore the effect of Kangfuxin solution through enema adimistration to ulcerative colitis rat model, which
    was made by the treatment of 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene combined with acetic acid. Methods: Ulcerative colitis rats were treated by
    enema adimistration. For evaluating the effect of Kangfuxin solution on ulcerative colitis rats, the damaged intestinal mucosa and
    pathological changes were observed through the determination of DAI, viscera index of rats, the expression level of serum IL-4 and IL-
    10. Results: It was showed that positive medicine mesalazine and Kangfuxin solution both can improve the UC rats colon tissue
    lesions, repair the damaged intestinal mucosa, decrease histologic grade markedly(P <0.01 or P <0.05)and the effect of enema is
    obvious. The different doses of Kangfuxin solution can reduce DAI score, colon index and inflammation, alleviate mucosal edema and
    enhance IL-4(P < 0.01)and IL-10(P < 0.01)expression level. The effect of alleviating mucosal edema and promoting healing of
    ulcer surface of Kangfuxin group was improved. Conclusion: Kangfuxin solution plays an active role in treating the inflammation of UC
    rats which is induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene and acetic acid, promoting the healing of UC rats colon ulcer and reducing the
    diarrhea of UC rats(DAI score lower).

    Objective: To determine 16 kinds of element in periplaneta Americana ootheca. Methods: Perchloric acid and nitric acid
    (1:4)wet digestion was applied in samples and 12 kinds of element: Co, Mg, Zn, Ni, Se, Cr, Cu, Mn, Fe, Ca, Na, K and the content of
    Hg, Pb, As, Cd were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry respectively in
    periplaneta Americana ootheca. Results: Periplaneta Americana ootheca contains plenty of essential trace elements to human, and it is
    also rich in Ca, Mg, Zn, Mn, Fe and other elements. But there is no any heavy metal like Cr, Hg, Pb, As and Cd. Conclusion: To
    provide basis for the further study and comprehensive utilization of periplaneta Americana ootheca.

    Objective: To establish the method for determining the contents of polysaccharides and to explore the extraction
    technique for polysaccharides from Yunnan orchidaceae plants. Methods: The polysaccharide was extracted with the traditional water
    extraction, using glucose as the standard, and the contents of polysaccharides was measured by the phenol-sulfuric acid method. With
    the content of polysaccharides as an index, the univariate test were performed to find the optimal extraction technique. Results: A good
    linear relationship with a regression equation of A=55.55c(mg/mL)+0.001(r=0.999 8)was achieved when the concentration of glucose
    ranged between 0.000 and 0.020 mg/mL. The average recovery rate was 99.7%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.13%(n=6).
    The best conditions of color are as follows, the dosage of phenol and sulphuric acid was 1.0 mL and 7.0 mL respectively, temperature of
    color was at 80 ℃, and developing time was 30 minutes. The optimal extraction of polysaccharide was performed by 2 hours soaking
    using 1 : 40 volumes of solvent at 70 ℃. Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate and the optimal extraction
    technique shows good reproducibility.

    Objective: To study systematicly and pharmacognostically on original plant paris vietnamensis of paris polyphylla
    medicinal materials. Methods: Original plant morphology, properties, microscopy and powder were used in authenticating paris
    vietnamensis, and HPLC was applied in measuring the content of its active ingredient. Results: The morphological characteristics,
    rhizomes transverse section organization structures and powder characteristics of paris vietnamensis were described in detail. A good
    linearity was demonstrated by in determination of saponins in paris vietnamensis. Conclusion: Through the physiochemical
    identification of original plant, rhizome transection and powder for paris vietnamensis, this medicinal materials can be identified, which
    can provide scientific basis of paris vietnamensis for its identification and further study.

    Objective: To investigate the effect of HDAC1siRNA on phenotypic changes and function of TGF-β1-induced type Ⅱ
    alveolar epithelial cells(RLE-6TN)to EMT. Methods: RLE-6TN cells were cultured and treated with HDAC1 siRNA, then TGF-β1
    was added to the cells before collecting cells. The morphological changes were examined by phase-contrast microscope while the
    phenotypic changes were examined by the immune fluorescence method. The protein and mRNA expression of HDAC1, HDAC8, Ecad
    and α-SMA of RLE-6TN Cells were assayed by Western Blot and Real-time RT-PCR, respectively. The migration in vitro of cells
    was assayed by Transwell chambers. Results: Morphologically, TGF-β1 could induce the EMT process of the RLE-6TN cells; after
    transfection, cells were polygonal and like the flagstones. Under fluorescence microscope, the cells had expression of α-SMA with
    increasing expression of HDAC1 in the group treated with TGF-β1, transfection group is the opposite. At the mRNA level, TGF-β1
    could down-regulate the expression of E-cad with up-regulation the HDAC1 and HDAC8 expressions; after transfection, the HDAC1
    and HDAC8 expressions were down-regulated with up-regulation the α-SMA expression. At the protein level, TGF-β1 could induce
    the down-regulation expression of E-cad with up-regulation expression of the α-SMA and HDAC1, transfection group is the opposite.
    In vitro migration ability, TGF-β1 could increase migration cells while transfection group reduced. Conclusion: HDAC1 siRNA could
    partially reverse the EMT of RLE-6TN cells induced by TGF-β1 in vitro.

    Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran on acute pancreatitis. Methods:
    105 patients were divided into the observe group(55 cases)and the control group(50 cases)with routine treatment, while the observe
    group was given the Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran. Results: Effective rate in the observe group were significantly
    superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran treatment of acute pancreatitis show
    the advantages of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, which has a good curative effective in the actual clinical
    application.

    Objective: To observe the clinical effect and adverse reaction of transdermal fentanyl in treating cancer pain. Methods:
    126 patients with cancer pain were divided into moderate and severe cancer pain group with the treatment of transdermal fentanyl, and
    the sum up the pain relief effects, adverse reactions, quality of life grading in patients received treatment. Results: Pain of those
    patients had relived at some degrees. For moderate group, CR is 57.0%; for severe group, CR is 54.5%. The difference is statistical
    significant.There was no severe averse events occurred such as dizziness, constipation, nausea, drowsiness and cutaneous pruritus.
    Conclusion: Transdermal fentanyl were convenient, effective and with minor averse events in managing cancer pain clinically.

    Objective: To compare clinical results of gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical and traditional open
    gastrectomy. Methods: The clinical effect of 103 gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and traditional
    open gastrectomy in Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from October 2010 to October 2013 were summarized and analyzed. Results:
    Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy resulted in significantly less blood loss volume(153.05±11.71)mL vs.(278.45±12.65)mL,(P <
    0.05), less anal exsufflation time(3.10±0.62)d vs.(5.58±1.12)d,(P < 0.05), shorter postoperative hospital stay(14.25±2.78)d
    vs.(22.07±3.59)d,(P <0.05)and higher survival rate of one year(94.1% vs. 92.1%, P > 0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic radical
    gastrectomy enjoys advantages like less blood loss volume, less postoperative hospital stays, less postoperative complications and
    favorable clinical effect comparing with open gastrectomy.

    The Application of Continuous Douche Combined with VSD in the Treatment of Perforating Wounds by
    Rotary Cultivators

    Objective: To discuss the differences between the applications of continuous douche combined with vacuum sealing
    drainage(VSD)and traditional open wound and indwelling drainage to treat the patients whose limbs are penetratingly wounded by the
    blades of rotary cultivators, covering the aspects of inflection rates, patients' pains, the length of stay in hospital and the hospitalization
    expanses. Methods: 52 cases in which the patients' arm or leg was perforated by the blades of rotary cultivators were chosen. Among
    them, 25 cases were conducted by the way of traditional open wound and indwelling drainage as A group. Rest 27 cases were treated by
    the way of continuous douche combined with VSD as B group. Results: The patients in B group had lower inflection rates than A group
    (P<0.05). The VAS score of B group staying in hospital after the operation was lower than that of A group(P<0.05). The length of stay
    in hospital of B group was shorter than that of A group(P<0.05). There was no obvious difference at hospitalization costs between A
    group and B group(P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic methods of A group and B group had gained a good result, the patients all
    had recovered. There was no obvious difference in the hospitalization costs, but B group was better than A group at the aspects of lower
    inflection rates, less patients' pains and shorter length of staying in hospital.

    Objective: To investigate the clinicopathologic features and the main points of diagnosis of littoral cell angioma(LCA)of
    spleen. Methods: The clinical features, radiologic findings and histopathologic changes were analyzed in a case of littoral cell angioma
    of spleen. Immunohistochemical study was carried out and relevant literature were reviewed. Results: Histologically, the lesions
    consisted of anastomosing ascular channels with papillary and few had cavernous appearance. And the vessels containing much of
    different fibrous tissue. LCA is often studied combining with visceral cancer in foreign literature. Conclusion: LCA is a rare angiogenic
    tumors from the littoral cell of spleen, whose diagnosis is on the basis of microscopic and immunohistochemical features. There is
    correlation with LCA and malignancy, and it should be closely observed with long-term follow-up.

    The Application of Endoscopic Third Ventriculostomy in the Treatment of Obstructive Hydrocephalus

    Objective: To investigate the experience and effect of endoscopic third ventriculostomy in the treatment of obstructive
    hydrocephalus. Methods: Retrospective analysis was introduced to 16 cases of obstructive hydrocephalus received endoscopic third
    ventriculostomy in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015. Results: All 16 cases of obstructive hydrocephalus accepted
    endoscopic third ventriculostomy with 15 cases completed the surgery and one case shifted to ventriculo-peritoneal shunt. A 4-12-
    month follow-up showed symptomatic improvement in 12 cases(75%), no change in two cases, relapse in one cases and relief by
    ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in one case; CT and MRI head revealed that ventricle reduced in seven cases(43.7%), no obvious change
    in seven cases, slightly expansion in two cases. Conclusion: Endoscopic third ventriculostomy is a minimal invasive approach with
    obvious efficacy and less complications to obstructive hydrocephalus.

    Clinical Observation of Bevacizumab in the Treatment of Diabetic Macular Edema

    Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of intravitreal injection of bevacizumab in the treatment of diabetic
    macular edema. Methods: The records of 26 eyes of 22 patients treated with intravitreal injection of 1.75mg bevacizumab for diabetic
    macular edema were retrospectively analyzed. Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure, choroidal leaks, central
    retinal thickness(CFT) 1, 2, 3 months and 6 months before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared. Follow- up
    observation were carried out among all cases after 6 months. Results: 26 eyes of 22 patients with the average of(57±18.56)years old
    were included. The mean baseline of BCVA, CFT were(logMAR 0.82±0.63),(624.2±176.1)μm respectively. Although there was no
    significant decrease in mean CFT one week after the injection, the mean BCVA had significant improvement. At the last visit of 9.8
    months' follow up, BCVA and CFT showed significant improvements over baseline values, which had a significant difference(P<
    0.001). BCVA was improved by at least two lines in 22 eyes(84.6%), remained stable in 2 eyes(7.7%)at the last visit. A total of 92
    injections were performed and the average number of injections was(3.98±1.52)in the group. Conclusion: Intravitreal injection of
    bevacizumab can improve the visual acuity, reduce macular edema and choroidal leakage in patients with diabetic macular edema.
    Repeated treatment has better effect, but a prolonged treatment effect needs further observation.

    Objective: To compare the corrective effects of shortening and advancement of levator palpebrae superioris muscle and
    frontal muscle flap suspension surgery for congenital blepharoptosis. Methods: Frontal muscle flap suspension surgery was adopted on
    43 eyes of 33 patients and shortening and advancement of levator palpebrae superioris muscle was used on 66 eyes of 54 patients
    among 87 cases by pure double eyelid incision. Follow-up visits of each patient were paid in the first, the sixth, the twelfth month after
    the surgery for taking records of visual acuity, position of upper eyelid skin edge of the surgery eye, the symmetry of both eyes'
    palpebral fissure, the level of palpebral fissure dysraphism, and any trichiasis and angulation deformity. Results: 79 patients got
    satisfying effects and 6 patients got fine effects after the first surgery. 2 patients got insufficient correction after the first surgery and
    then got satisfying effects by the second time. There is no overcorrection and nullity. Conclusion: Both of the operation methods had
    positive effects. Shortening and advancement of levator palpebrae superioris muscle fits for physiology, and the level of palpebral
    fissure dysraphism after the surgery was rather low and could disappear gradually. Most of the patients could choose this method but
    few patients got insufficient correction. Frontal muscle flap suspension surgery has a serious level of palpebral fissure dysraphism after
    the surgery and it could exist permanently. A few patients has complication of bleeding and wound dehiscence, which could be
    prevented from happening with proper postoperative observation and nursing.

    Investigation on the Cutoff Point for Glycosylated Hemoglobin in Dali Region

    Objective: To investigate the feasibility of hemoglobin A1C(HbA1C)diagnosing type 2 diabetes mellitus and Impaired
    Fasting Glucose(IFG), and determine the diagnostic cut point. Methods: Oral Glucose Tolerance Test(OGTT)and HbA1C were
    detected in patients with 332 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and 175 cases of Impaired Fasting Glucose. Receiver
    Operating Characteristic Curve(ROC)was used to determine the optimal HbA1C diagnostic cutoff point for type 2 diabetes mellitus.
    Results: The FBG and HbA1C levels of the IFG and T2DM group were higher than normal healthy control group with statistical
    significance(P<0.05). According to ROC, the optimal cutoff point of HbA1C for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus was 6.25%,
    and its sensitivity was 86.5%, its specificity 95.2%, the AUC was 0.959(95% CI: 0.945-0.973). Conclusion: The optimal cutoff point
    of HbA1C for the diagnosis of Impaired Fasting Glucose was 5.51%, and the optimal cutoff point of HbA1c for the diagnosis of type 2
    diabetes mellitus was 6.25%. HbA1C is an available parameter in diagnosing T2DM.

    Objective: To provide medical support for effective control of multidrug- resistance organism(MDRO)infection by
    retrospectively analyzing targeted surveillance results and the distribution of MDRO in the hospital. Methods: Targeted surveillance
    was conducted from January 2011 to December 2014 to monitor MRSA, VRE, MDR-AB, MDR-PA and ESBLs-producing strains.
    Results: A total of 12 257 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from January 2011 to December 2014, and 1 656 strains of
    MDRO were detected, which were 13.51% of all of the isolated strains(1 656/12 257). Among all of the 1 656 strains, the major
    specimen types were urine, sputum, secretions and blood. ESBLs-producing Escherichia Coli and Klebsiella Pneumoniae were the
    primary germs. MDRO infection occurred most frequently in Neurosurgery and Urology. Conclusion: ESBLs-producing strains were
    still the primary MDRO from January 2011 to December 2014. The infection rates of MDR-AB showed an increasing trend and MRSA
    a decreasing trend.

    Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and complications of Partial Splenic Embolization(PSE)in the treatment of
    hypersplenism with ethanol as the embolization material. Methods: Ethanol, as an embolization material, was used in the treatment of
    32 cases of cirrhosis portal hypertension with PSE with 2.0 mL ethanol for 4 cases, 2.5 mL for 4 cases, 3.0 mL for 3 cases, 2.5 mL for
    the rest 21 cases. Efficacy, complications, and quality control effect were analyzed among all cases. Results: 32 cases of PSE were
    successful for the first time. The use of 2.5 mL ethanol embolization was more appropriate(average 513 mL, about area 61%)with
    less adverse reactions, fewer complications, and no splenic infection. Conclusion: PSE reached a satisfied result using the 2.5 mL
    fixed amount of ethanol to treat the hypersplenism with mild side reaction, few complications, simple process and low cost.

    Objective: To investigate the efficiency of DNA quantitative cytology and Thinprep Cytologic Test in screening cervical
    carcinoma and analyze the relationship between these two methods. Methods: 989 cases using above two screening cervical carcinoma
    techniques from May 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 40 positive cases(4.0%)and 66 borderline cases
    (6.7%)were detected through DNA quantitative cytology ; 10 positive cases(1.0%)and 42 borderline cases(4.2%)were diagnosed
    through Thinprep Cytologic Test. There were some overlapping cases between these two methods. Conclusion: The positive rate of
    DNA quantitative cytology was higher than that of Thinprep Cytologic Test(P<0.05). The combination of DNA quantitative cytology
    and Thinprep Cytologic Test could provide high positive rate.

    Objective: To analyze the value of diagnosing ectopic pregnancy by Transvaginal ultrasonography. Methods: 154 patients
    in Affiliated Hospital of Dali University were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosing, operations
    and pathological results. Results: In 154 cases, 148 cases were ectopic pregnancy, 72 cases were non rupture, 86 cases were ruptured,
    and 6 cases were ruptured corpus. Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, which has a high
    accuracy, combined with clinical history and blood HCG, can make early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and provide reliable and
    timely diagnosis basis for clinical treatment.

    Objective: To explore the effectiveness of Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy(HAART)in men who have sex with men
    (MSM). Methods: 224 AIDS adults cases of MSM had been treated with the Highly Active Antiretroviral Treatment from 2006 to 2013
    for more than one year, and immune reconstruction, viral load, the HIV test of spouse, the rate of condom using and number of sexual
    partners were analyzed statistically before and after treatment. Results: The viral load in the 224 AIDS cases was apparently controlled
    (<50 copies/mL)and the level of CD4+ T cell was apparently increased. The unsafe sex rate and the number of sexual partners were
    declined(P<0.01). Conclusion: HIV patients of MSM were effectively controlled through HAART and patient compliance, and the
    awareness of safe sex of the MSM patients apparently improved, which showed the remarkable effect in prevention and control of HIV
    spreading from MSM infected to the general population.

    Objective: To describe patients' self-management behaviors and self-efficacy and determine the correlation between
    them in patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 175 patients receiving
    maintenance hemodialysis with self-management behavior questionnaire and chronic disease self-efficacy scale. Results: A positive
    correlation between patients' self-management behaviors and self-efficacy is with statistical significance(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).
    Conclusion: The level of self-management behaviors and self-efficacy in hemodialysis patients need to be elevated. Strategy for
    psychological health with the self-efficacy as the core can be carried out for improving the self-management behaviors levels of
    hemodialysis patients.

    Objective: To explore effect of the colostomy skin tool in the ileum colostomy nursing, including DET assessment and
    AIM guide. Methods: The DET assessment of colostomy skin tool was used to assess the surrounding skin problems of ileum of
    colostomy patients. The type and reason of skin problems were diagnosed on the basis of the content of AIM nursing guide. Targeted
    nursing intervention was conducted in patients with ileum colostomy and the intervention results were analyzed in return visit. Results:
    The DET total score of newly diagnosed skin problems around the stoma was(4.84 ± 2.44), while total score was(1.53 ± 0.51)(P <
    0.05)in return visit, which showed that the difference before and after the intervention was statistically significant. Conclusion: The
    use of colostomy skin tools DET assessment and AIM guide to evaluate colostomy surrounding skin problems and corresponding
    nursing instruction can effectively improve the surrounding skin condition of ileum colostomy patients and reduce the incidence rate of
    skin around the colostomy complications, which was worthy of further promoting and applying in clinic.

    Objective: To investigate the feasibility of developing participatory education of AIDS prevention among medical college
    students. Methods: Clinical medicine students in two classes were randomly selected and the changes before and after training were
    analyzed through the questionnaire survey. Results: The subjects were(19.04±0.80)years old, and 476 effective questionnaires were
    collected before and after training. Scores of AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior before training were(12.20 ± 2.89),(5.07 ± 1.87),
    (10.71±3.33); and scores rising to(14.22±1.16),(12.99±1.73),(13.28±1.54)(P<0.05)after training. AIDS awareness was 62.6%
    before training, and 98.7%(P<0.05)after training. Conclusion: It is feasible to carry out participatory education among medical
    students, and implementation of peer education with it can further improve and develop the participatory education.

    Objective: To understand teaching quality and efficiency of Biological Material Inspection course and students' demand,
    which may provide theoretical basis for course reform and talent cultivation. Methods: 180 undergraduates who major in Health
    Inspect were selected randomly as research objects. All participants were required to fill the questionnaires that included teaching
    quality evaluation, curriculum satisfaction and demand part on the course. Results: Total number of valid questionnaires was 165 and
    valid proportion was 98%. The overall score that reflects teaching quality of the course was(88.4 ± 8.4). Scores of attitude of teacher,
    theoretical education and practice, technical methods as well as effect were(14.1±1.1),(17.1 ± 1.8),(17.9 ± 1.8),(22.2±2.3)and
    (17.1±2.7), respectively. Overall score of teaching quality score in different grades was not statistically significant(F=101, P<0.001).
    Conclusion: Teaching quality of the course has been decreasing in recent years, which shows the significance of improving and
    strengthening the construction of the online course and bilingual teaching platform.

    Objective: To strengthen free medical students' professional identity, effectively promote the medical students free
    education, and put forward and improve the system of free medical students education through a comparative study of free medical and
    non-free medical students' professional identity status. Methods: Richter five points method was adopted to design the questionnaire
    and complete the data collection from October 2014 to May 2015. Results: Free medical and non-free medical students' professional
    identity status did not differ significantly, and different grade medical students' professional identity presented by the regular change
    from high to low. Conclusion: Responsibility consciousness should be clear through enhancing vocational education. Process
    management should be strict through establishing constraint mechanism. It's necessary to explore the incentive mechanism and to
    adjust policy timely to improve the system of free education for medical students.
