Abstract:

In this paper, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other research methods were conducted to investigate South Asia,
Southeast Asia, students participation in extracurricular sports activities and provide help and guidance for them. The study found that
the group overall participation in extracurricular sports activities is rather active, and the main factors of intervention are: lack of time,
no habit of exercising, too much homework, lack of organization and management, lack of venues and equipment, no skills, no interest
in sports, etc.
