This paper achieves the structure of completely regular semigroup through the investigation of completely regular elements
    in doubly-stochastic matrix semigroup Dn. Namely,(CR)n ={PE|P ∈ ∩E ∈BnGE,E ∈Bn ⊆E(Dn)} is completely regular semigroup if and only
    if Bn is a semi-lattice.

The rapid increase of biological information data requires the import of new technology. At present, the genome assembly
algorithm is neither precised nor parallelize. A new algorithm based on MapReduce is proposed after analysis of the current assembly
algorithm. The error data is removed through statistics way, and the duplicate data is eliminated by increasing the length of the k-mer
in the process of assembly. Finally, the parallel assembly algorithm is realized in MapReduce platform. The experimental results show
that the accuracy and speed of this algorithm are improved.

Choosing a central frequency to calculate the central wavelength of every component, and determining every component's
thickness coefficients with ratios of their central wavelength, and defining each component's ratio of thickness coefficient with a certain
component's thickness coefficient, and the transmission characteristics of the three components phononic crystal were calculated with
transfer matrix method for different thickness coefficient and ratio of thickness coefficient. The results show that the distribution of the
conduction band presents very perfect symmetry. With the changing of the thickness coefficient and the thickness coefficient ratio, all
of the frequency center of the conduction band and the conduction band width and the center of the adjacent conduction band
frequency interval present obvious regularity, but there is nothing to do with the changing of the original cell number.

Objective: To explore the photocatalytic activity of Ag-doped zinc oxide. Methods: Ag doped ZnO(Ag-ZnO)with
different Ag molar content was prepared by direct precipitation method. XRD, XPS, TEM, UV- Vis DRS, and PL were used to
characterize the products. When Rhodamine B(RhB)was selected as the model contaminant, 1 000 W halogen lamp as light source,
the effects of different amount of Ag-doped on the photocatalytic activities of ZnO were explored. Results: Photocatalytic activity of
ZnO was enhanced when appropriate amount of Ag was doped into ZnO. The optimum amount of doped-Ag are x = 2% and x = 6%.
Ag-ZnO with the optimal Ag-doped amount showed the highest photocatalytic activity, and the active spectral range isλ < 400 nm.
Conclusion: Ag can improve the photocatalytic activity of ZnO, while cannot change the active spectral range of ZnO.

Interview survey on protection awareness of local residents was conducted during September 2014 to October 2015 in
Baimaxueshan. 1 192 people from 60 villages were interviewed and 1 139 valid data was obtained. Statistical analysis showed that
there are elevation differences on conservation knowledge value of locals(CKVL), and distribution of conservation stations and
distance to nature reserve may also contributed on CKVL difference. Moreover, there are age and sex difference on CKVL, older people
and males have higher CKVL than others. Result from this study suggested that nature reserve and its conservation stations do have
active impact by conservation education; however, conservation education should avoid the pattern of simple broadcasting, a good plan
should cover area and population well and prepare proper content for targeting population.

each village and town, main inflow and outflow rivers, it showed that Pomacea canaliculata was widely distributed in the Erhai Lake
basin, mainly in Yong'an River, Luoshi River and the west coast of the Erhai Lake, Xihu and Donghu wetland, Luoshi wetland, Xizhou
Town, Yinqiao Town and Xiaguan Town; while there was no Pomacea canaliculata in Miju River, Mici River, Boluo River, Fengyu
River and Xi'er River. According to the related references and date analysis, downstream diffusion was the main disfussion way of
Pomacea canaliculata, and human activity had a great influence on it. The main concentrated diffusion area of Pomacea canaliculata
was the buffer area of wetlands and lakesides, Dengchuan Town, Shangguan Town, Wanqiao Town, Dali Town and Haidong Town were
the high risk diffusion areas of Pomacea canaliculata.

Life cycle and biological characteristics of Caryanda macrocercusa(Mao et Ren, 2007)were investigated during 3 years'
indoor feed. Experimental results showed that the species kept one generation per year under indoor conditions in Dali, Yunnan
Province; the duration of hibernating egg laid in the soil was about 235 days averagely; the egg hatched in early-April next year; the
nymph stadiums consisted of 5 instars and lasted for 63 days; the 5th instar emerged in early-June; mating started on the 10th day after
eclosion and spawned 8-12 eggs on the 10th-30th day after mating with the duration of adult life being about 43 days and dying from
mid-June to early-August individually. Caryanda macrocercusa appears to feed on some grass Arthraxon hispidus and Oplismenus
compositus etc. The species with a sample life cycle and clear biological characteristics in principle can be used as a material in
hybridization experiment and bred as an ornamental insect.

In order to understand the foraging behavior of squirrels on walnut trees and walnuts damaged caused by squirrels, this
paper collected foraging data using all-occurrence method and interviewed 200 walnut farmers to estimate walnut damages after walnut
harvesting. The results showed that, three species of squirrel(Dremomys rufigenis, Ratufa bicolor and Callosciurus erythraeus)fed on
and damaged the walnuts. Among them, C. erythraeus caused the most server damage. In order to keep walnut away from damage,
farmers chose to kill squirrels in the study site. Consequently, squirrels showed anti-predation behavior during foraging on walnut
trees. A significant positive relation was found between feeding time length and feeding height. The squirrels damaged 12.20% walnuts
in the study site. The damage rates of 51 walnut trees were negatively correlated with the distance between the walnut tree and the
boundary of the natural forests. Based on our interviews, it is estimated that squirrels caused RMB 100 000 losses in 150 hm2 walnut
farms. In order to reduce economical loss, this paper suggested that farmers should strengthen management rather than expanding the
planted area blind, and then take more scientific and effective protective actions based on the feeding behavior of squirrels.
