Abstract:

Teaching- management is an important element in the hospital's development and culture construction. It is of great
significance to set up management system which not only conforms with the real situation of the second-class hospital, but also
improves teaching quality. The objective of this study is to explore effective management methods for the second-class hospitals by
introducing the internship, teaching and management system of People's Hospital of Xiangyun County which aims to optimize the
structure, improve the management system and standardize teaching.
