Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effect of standardized hemodialysis nursing on temporary Central Vena Catheterization
(CVC). Methods: Retrospective Analysis of the situation of 240 cases of using temporary CVC in hemodialysis in Department of
Nephrology of The First People's Hospital of Zhaotong from January 2013 to December 2014. The nursing methods were summarized
and the effect was analyzed. Results: It's found 179 cases(74.6%)of right jugular hepatic, 55 cases(22.9%)of right femoral vein, 4
cases(1.7%)of left femoral vein, and 2 cases(0.8%)of left jugular hepatic. With the blood flow velocity at 160-260 mL/min, right
jugular hepatic was better than right femoral vein. 17 cases(7.1%)met the infection diagnostic code of CVC, and 158 adverse events
(3.5%)were dealt with appropriately without coagulation in hemodialyzer and other complication. Conclusion: Standardized nursing
can low the dysfunction of temporary CVC and make sure the safety of hemodialysis, which is worthy of generalization.
