The Early Nursing of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

Abstract:

Objective: To establish the emergency nursing for acute myocardial infarction patients and to provide the guidance for
nursing and prevention of acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Retrospective analysis and summary of 39 cases of myocardial
infarction in The First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University were done. Results: 4 cases transferred to other hospital, 6 patients
discharged automatically, 6 cases died, 23 cases recovered. No complications occurred during hospitalization. Conclusion: With the
treatment and close observation, timely and effective comprehensive nursing can help in reducing the mortality of myocardial infarction
patients and improving the nursing quality and patients satisfaction rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
