Abstract:

Objective: To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in regional anesthesia. Methods: Real-time color Doppler ultrasound guidance was applied in the regional anesthesia surgery of 92 patients. Then the anesthetic effects and anesthesia drug dosages were compared with those in the traditional regional nerve block anesthesia. Results: A total of 92 cases of regional anesthesia were performed under ultrasound guidance, and the quality of anesthesia was excellent without complications. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound can offer reliable puncture guidance for regional nerve block anesthesia, making the process visualized and precise. It can also reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs, shorten the time of anesthesis  puncture, reduce anesthesia complications and
improve the safety of anesthesia.
