Abstract

Abstract: Whilemaintainingcellmorphology,thecytoskeletonsystemalsoassistscellmetabolism,proliferation,migration,and differentiation.ThisstudyusestheImageprocessingandextractionsoftwareZEN,ImageJ,andstatisticalanalysissoftwareSPSSto preprocesstheimmunocytofluorescentstainingimageoffocaladhesionsandmicrofilamentsofL929,andextracteffectivepartsof imagesandprocessdata.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthenumberoffocaladhesionhasasignificantcorrelationwithboththe cellareaandthetotallengthofmicrofilament.
