Abstract: The application of VR technology in the field of education is a leap in the development of educational technology. ImmersivelearningbasedonVRtechnologybringsmorescientificandefficientlearningexperienceforlearners.Afterstudyingthe effectivenessofVR-basedimmersivelearninginsolvingtheproblemsofphysicaleducationinpractice,itisfoundthatVRtechnology virtualizesrealscenes,andstudentsinteractwiththevirtualenvironmentstoformcorrectknowledgeandskillmodelsinthebrain, whichcanhelpstudentsmastermotorskills,overcomepsychologicalbarriers,andformself-learninghabits.Inaddition,theresearch alsoputforwardsuggestionsforthedevelopmentofVRtechnologyinthefieldofeducation,aimingtoacceleratethepopularizationand developmentofVRtechnologyinthefieldofgrassrootseducationinChina.
