Abstract: Artificial intelligence(AI)is becoming an increasingly important arena for the competition of comprehensive strength between countries and a key technology to promote "Internet +" in multiple fields, and it has also gradually become an indispensable part of daily life. The integration of AI technology with college ideological and political education is both an inevitable trend of sustainable development of AI and an inevitable choice for ideological and political courses to adapt to the development of the time. In the process of the integration of AI technology and the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, there are theoretical problems of the deviation between the rationality of AI tools and the rationality of ideological and political teaching value, and the practical problems of the disconnection between the application of AI technology and actual teaching. Based on this, the transformation of ideological and political education concepts in colleges and universities should be taken as the prerequisite, the transformation of ideological and political teaching resources as the basis, the optimization of ideological and political education teachers' literacy as the key, and the advanced governance of ideological and political teaching as a guarantee, so as to integrate the four factors and achieve combined effects.
