In the history of education and academic history in Yunnan, Yang Qiong, a Bai scholar, was an important figure in the late
Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China. However, the academic circles paid insufficient attention to him and there
was very little related research. At an important juncture of the great changes in modern Chinese society and culture, Yang Qiong took
the inheritance, quintessence and future direction of Chinese civilization as the core to establish a distinctive academic ideological
system, and expressed his strong desire to maintain and stand up the spiritual backbone of the Chinese nation. The issues raised and
discussed by him are worth pondering so far.

Gantong Temple, a temple famous during the Nanzhao and Dali periods, lies southwest to the ancient city of Dali, on the
slopes of Gantong Mountain below Shengying Peak of the Cangshan Mountain range. Dali Gantong Tea, named after the temple, is one
of the most famous local teas in Yunnan. Using historical documents, this article analyzes the relationship between Gantong Tea and
historic cultural personalities. Then, with consideration of the present situation, discusses the characteristic qualities and development
concepts of the tea.

Taoist divination is an important part of Chinese divination culture. From Tang Dynasty to Song Dynasty, with the further
expansion and deepening of the southward spread of Taoism, the influence of Chinese culture on Yunnan had became increasingly farreaching.
Among them, the Taoist culture of divination, Taoist theurgy, Taoist practice method and so on played an irreplaceable role in
the identification of Chinese divination culture in Nanzhao Kingdom and Dali Kingdom, which can be seen from the application of
dream-reading, character-reading and so on in the two kingdoms.

The sinicization of Islam is a gradual historical process. Starting from the concept of "school", this paper intends to
deconstruct and discuss the process of sinicization of Yunnan School of Islam. First, it discusses the possibility of the establishment of
the Yunnan School of Islam, and then traces the historical development and changes of the school. Finally, it discusses the school's
experience and theoretical model of mosque education, and points out its contribution and significance in enriching ethnic diversity,
propagating and adhering to the sinicization of Islam in China.

explores the production, structure and meaning of religious space in the context of rising tourism real estate development, and studies
the path of harmonious integration of government organizations, tourism real estate companies and other organizations, so that tourism
real estate development, religious space, and traditional national culture can realize the common interests and provide solutions for the
impacts of tourism development on the social and cultural environment.

The new round of rural land system reform has strengthened the protection of the legal rights of farmers and agricultural
business entities, improved the property rights of village collectives, and laid a solid foundation for the orderly circulation of village
collective land. Based on a set of survey data of rural households in Yunnan, this research studies the way that village collectives play
an intermediary role in the transfer of agricultural land and its influence on the behavior of rural households in land transfer.
Theoretical analysis and empirical test results show that when the village collective acts as an intermediary and transaction guarantee,
transaction costs can be reduced, and the transfer of farmland between farmers and farmers or agricultural organizations can be
promoted, which facilitates the land transfer. However, the opening of the farmland market and increased buyer competition will
increase the rental cost of transferred land of the farmers in the village, reduce their farmland transfer area, and force some of them to
leave the farmland transfer market. This means that the village collective should pay attention to balancing the conflicts of interest
between farmers when playing the role of a trading medium in the circulation of farmland, and the grassroots government should also
strengthen the supervision of the village collective behavior.

As an important field of post urbanization development, traditional villages have become the space resources for competition.
This paper analyzes the process of social space reconstruction of traditional villages from the perspective of territorialization, and studies
the relationship between spatial production and power in traditional villages, which provides suggestions for the "urban regeneration" of
Dongguan. The research shows that: different domain subjects（administrative domain, market domain, social domain）dominate the
development of traditional villages in different periods; in order to consolidate their own discourse power and interests, the domain
behaviors exercised by the participants have gone from exclusion to competition and then to cooperation. Under certain interests, the
domain subject will transform into another interest subject, forming a dual domain identity. In order to prevent the unbalanced spacepower
structure from affecting the regulation and development of the village, it is necessary to formulate strategies for the governance of
the multi-subject social space as soon as possible.

As the basic units of language communication, extended units of meaning guarantee the fluency and accuracy of language
output. This study takes the extended unit of meaning formed by the noun "ability" as an example and discusses the characteristics of
Chinese English learners' extended units of meaning with nouns. It is found that: Chinese English learners prefer to use verbs and
possessive pronouns or possessive cases to collocate nouns. Furthermore, Chinese English learners' mastering of semantic prosodies of
words needs to be improved.

Although it is "confessional", American confessional poets employ images skillfully as a carrier for conveying emotions
which reflects both the commonality and universality of the culture contained in confessional poetry with strong personal color and
emotional experience, and its unique temperament and poetic expression have also enriched the artistic conception and content of
confessional poetry. This is especially true in three image groups, i.e., mirror, moon and crow, which could fully display the image
construction and aesthetic performance of American confession poetry.

Being "Buddha-like" has become a life attitude and value concept advocated by some young people nowadays. This article
clarifies the realistic representations and negative social consequences of this subcultural phenomenon from language, mentality, and behavior. Attribution analysis is carried out from the spiritual consequences of modernity, the destructive influence of nihilism to the spirit, the objective pressures in the society, and the herd psychology in the cyberspace. Then, it is suggested to guide the young people to establish positive ideals and correct values through presenting Xi Jinping's expectations on the youth, socialist core values, revolutionary spirit, and pure cyberspace guidance.

Artificial intelligence（AI）is becoming an increasingly important arena for the competition of comprehensive strength
between countries and a key technology to promote "Internet +" in multiple fields, and it has also gradually become an indispensable
part of daily life. The integration of AI technology with college ideological and political education is both an inevitable trend of
sustainable development of AI and an inevitable choice for ideological and political courses to adapt to the development of the time. In
the process of the integration of AI technology and the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, there
are theoretical problems of the deviation between the rationality of AI tools and the rationality of ideological and political teaching
value, and the practical problems of the disconnection between the application of AI technology and actual teaching. Based on this, the
transformation of ideological and political education concepts in colleges and universities should be taken as the prerequisite, the

Epitaph is an important kind of stone carving. The seals and seal-covers of the epitaphs of Zhang Zhichun's clan in

Baoshan in the Ming Dynasty fully embodies the artistic characteristics of the small seal calligraphy in the middle and early stages of
the Ming Dynasty, and have reached a high artistic level. Through an in-depth analysis of the style of the seal scripts, it is discovered
that the seal calligraphers of the Ming Dynasty had made efforts to seek innovation and change on the basis of inheriting the previous
generations of small seal scripts.

relationship in the traditional mode. From the perspective of the trauma suffered by the three women in the film, this paper uses
the trauma narrative theory to analyze the causes of the trauma, the main reactions after the trauma and the ways to seek for healing. To
understand the theme contained in film narrative from the perspective of female trauma, it can provide guidance and reflection on the

China has established a relatively complete regulatory legal system consisting of administrative, internal, and social parts.
However, in the operation of charitable organizations during the epidemic, there were still problems such as unclear accountability,
insufficient professionalism, deviations in operation, and limited and untrue disclosure of content. Although the purpose of supervision
basically follows the pursuit of social supervision for the maintenance of public welfare, the lack of supporting supervision means and
the mismatch of means and goals have made it difficult for the supervision to respond to the transformation requirements of "modern
charity". The improvement of the level of legalization of the means needs to be guided by public law ideas. The rationality of

To solve contradictions and disputes in a timely and fair manner is the core of grassroots governance. Due to differences in
regions, ethnicities, religions, customs, etc., various conflicts and disputes are handled in various regions with localized diversity.

The establishment of "Rural Top Teacher Workshops" in township-level schools and the organization of rural teachers'

This paper chooses four Online Travel Agencies（OTAs）with market influence, i.e. Ctrip, Travelgo, Tuniu and Qunar, as
samples, and makes an analysis of the numbers, categories, educational backgrounds, job contents and requirements of their job
vacancies. It is found that OTA are large-scale enterprises which have a large number of vacancies, have many positions with detailed
division of labor, have staffs with different educational backgrounds, have different attitudes towards interns, and their talents have
different international visions, which make them different from traditional travel agencies. These findings have important inspirations
for the training of tourism talents in higher vocational colleges, and help to further propose countermeasures to improve the quality of
tourism talents in higher vocational colleges.

Based the Basic Mental Needs Scale and the Positive Emotion Scale, the current study surveyed 394 college freshmen to
investigate the relationship between basic psychological needs and the positive emotions of college freshmen and the regulatory role of
gender. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between basic psychological needs and the positive emotions of
freshmen, and positively predicts positive emotions; gender plays a regulatory role between basic psychological needs and positive
emotions of freshmen. It can be seen that basic psychological needs have an impact on the positive emotions of college freshmen, and
girls with high basic psychological needs scores are more likely to have positive emotions.
