Abstract: 〔Abstract〕Objective:To explore the influencing factors and preventive measures of tubal stump pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery.
Methods:The clinical data of 9 patients with residual pregnancy after laparoscopic salpingectomy were analyzed retrospectively.
Results:The incidence rate of tubal stump pregnancy after surgery was 0.71%. In the first operation, 4 patients underwent laparoscopic
tubal stump vascular ligation and clipping, accounting for 44.44%, 3 patients underwent salpingectomy, accounting for 33.34%, and 2
patients underwent salpingectomy with absorbable suture, accounting for 22.22%. In this operation, all patients underwent tubal stump
resection or uterine angle suture repair of laparoscopic. Conclusion:The occurrence of tubal stump pregnancy after laparoscopic
surgery is closely related to the operation mode. Complete resection of the fallopian tube stump is the fundamental treatment mode. It is
necessary to improve the operation mode to reduce recurrent ectopic pregnancy.
