Abstract: This study carries out the research under the background of the completion of China-Cambodia Free Trade Zone trade
negotiations, and analyzes the current trade situation of China and Cambodia by using the world trade integrated solutions（WITS）
database developed by the world bank and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. On this basis, this paper
analyzes the overall trade welfare and specific product effects with a simulation of China's zero tariff on Cambodian agricultural
products and Cambodia's halved tariff on goods made in China. Accordingly, it is proposed that China should actively promote the
negotiation process of China-Japan-ROK and ASEAN Free Trade Area under the current international environment of trade friction
upgrading with the United States, the weak export growth to Europe and the rapid exports growth to Southeast Asian countries.
