Abstract: At present, primary school class management has drawbacks such as overemphasizing student scores and discipline
performance, monotonous class meetings and extracurricular activities, overuse of material rewards and punishments to stimulate
students, and particular stress on grade division and summative evaluation. As the "glue" among schools, teachers, students and
parents, class management is an important link that cannot be ignored. This article analyzes the causes of poor class management
from external and internal factors, as well as the school level, and proposes the following suggestions: to focus on students and choose
a targeted class management method, to take personality cultivation as the orientation and carry out campus activities that actively
involve teachers and students, to take moral development as the foundation and build an equal and harmonious teacher-student
relationship, and to establish a development evaluation system with full participation aiming at physical and mental harmony, so as to
promote the overall development of students body, mind, and brain.
