Common knowledge identification is a key link in patent creativity judgment. In the practice of patent examination in
China, the source of the carrier of common knowledge is a little monotonous, and the application of the traditional written carrier
is in the awkward situation of incapability. In addition, limited by the risk of subjectivity in the reasoning and demonstrating of
common knowledge, the rationality basis of this proof model is also quite questioned by the industry. In order to improve the quality
and efficiency of common knowledge identification, it is necessary for China to appropriately expand the carrier scope of common
knowledge and overcome the existing drawbacks of the limited thinking of the source of common knowledge carrier. At the same time,
it is indispensable to strictly define the applicable context of common knowledges reasoning and demonstrating to avoid the improper
abuse of the discretion of the examiners. Common knowledge identification is closely related to the concept and principle of creativity
judgment. To correctly deconstruct the content of the common knowledge rules, we must start from the basic institutional framework
of creativity judgment, trace back to the origin of the institution and grasp the organic connection between the common knowledge
identification and creativity judgment.

Compilation works emphasize the selection and arrangement of contents. In practice, new types of works with uncertain
attributes of rights which are classified as compilation works will lead to unlimited expansion of the scope of compilation works and
unlimited expansion of the scope of rights protection, thereby affecting the use and dissemination of the works in the public domain.
To ensure that the scope of rights of compilation works does not conflict with the attributes of the public domain, so as to maintain the

The protection of intellectual property on e-commerce platforms is the institutional consequence of the development of
domestic e-commerce, and the guarantee of transaction order of e-commerce through national intellectual property legal system. Based
on the intellectual property protection rules of e-commerce platforms stipulated in Chinas "E-commerce Law" and combining the good
faith doctrine in the civil legal system, it is of great significance for refining the protection of intellectual property rights in e-commerce
transaction order to clarify the institutional value of good faith doctrine in e-commerce through the analysis of system functions. The
good faith doctrine is the basic principle that guides the behavior mode of civil subjects and realizes the value of civil behavior, and has
an important legal status in the civil legal system. It coordinates the behavior patterns of different subjects in e-commerce transactions,
guides subjects to maintain transaction order based on good intentions, and builds a rational mechanism for balancing interests through

Since Nanzhao kingdom unified Yunnan and expanded its territory to an unprecedented scale, for the first time it had
realized and greatly promoted the integration of ethnic cultures of Yunnan. Ethnic groups in various regions began to coordinate and
develop in a unified manner. Nanzhao, which carried a strong cultural feature of the Central Plain, expanded urban construction to
the border areas of its territory. In the tenth year of Zhenyuan (794 AD), Nanzhao entered the middle and late period of the kingdom.
During this period, Nanzhao has formed an unparalleled vast territory, and the division of political districts brought about by the
dynasty regime had gradually become clear and stable. Out of the needs of military deterrence and political rule, Nanzhaos urban
construction achieved a relatively comprehensive development. The distribution of cities and towns in the later period basically
established the development pattern of the later Yunnan towns. The formation and development of the border towns made the blueprint
of the southwestern border gradually clear.

At present, the academic research on the path of establishing the consciousness of the Chinese national community
in Minzu universities mainly focuses on three aspects: strengthening the education of identity awareness and emphasizing the
integration of knowledge and action; integrating education and teaching resources, and creating a collaborative education system and
mechanism; and emphasizing "Internet + national unity". However, compared with the development of the Chinese national community
awareness education, related research still has several shortcomings: the function of ideological and political education in professional
curricula teaching is ignored; the construction of campus network media still needs to be strengthened; the research on inter-school
communication and cooperation in collaborative education research is also slightly insufficient. Therefore, Minzu universities should
firmly establish the awareness of the Chinese national community. They should break the curriculum barriers and promote the organic
integration of political courses and curriculum ideological and political education; strengthen network education and create cultural
atmosphere of "Internet + ethnic unity"; promote inter-school exchanges and cooperation and work together to create an education
platform that builds the consciousness of the Chinese national community with mutual force and cooperation.

Teacher education is the core of education system, and good teacher education is an important boost to the quality
improvement of education in the region. As the second largest education major in Yunnan province, the primary education major
occupies an important position in the "Action Plan for the Revitalization of Teacher Education in Yunnan Province (2020-2022)".
Through a comparative study of the curriculum structures of primary education majors in three universities, it is found that there are
problems such as homogeneous training objectives, indistinctive regional features, and non-standardized curriculum arrangement. In
the hope of providing useful reference for the reform and development of primary education majors in Yunnan province, the present
paper puts forward suggestions including to set proper goals for professional development through deep interpretation of relevant
policies, to optimize curriculum structures which conform to the national standards, to show the characteristics of each university, and

At present, primary school class management has drawbacks such as overemphasizing student scores and discipline

To explore the relationship between academic grit and subjective well-being, two cross-sectional studies on Chinese
college students were performed. In Study 1 (n = 661), it was found that the academic grit was positively related to life satisfaction
and positive affect, but negatively related to negative affect. In addition, the predictive power of academic grit on life satisfaction and
positive affect remained significant even after controlling for the general grit and self-control. In Study 2 (n = 1 814), the association
between academic grit and subjective well-being was replicated. Furthermore, mediation analyses demonstrated that the association
was partly mediated by mindfulness and academic achievement. Taken together, the study suggests that academic grit may help boost
college students subjective well-being via their mindfulness in learning and academic success.

In recent years, the party, the state, the society and colleges have attached great importance to the employment of college
students. Cultivating and developing a team of high-quality teachers for employment guidance is very key to promoting the employment
of college students. For accurate evaluation of professional competence of employment guidance teachers in applied colleges and
universities, and based on the professional competency related theory, this paper constructs a competency evaluation model with 24
elements in 4 dimensions for application-oriented college employment guidance teachers, uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to
determine the index weight, and takes an employment guidance teacher team as an example to carry out an empirical analysis. The
results show that the evaluation model is relatively objective, scientific and reasonable. In the four dimensions of the model, the weights
are ranked as professional competence, professional character, knowledge literacy and personality traits. It provides policy basis for
strengthening the team building of applied undergraduate employment guidance teachers and improving the overall competence of the
teachers.
