On the Construction of Talent Training

Abstract

Abstract: In response to the national call of "telling Chinese stories well" and "carrying forward Chinese traditional culture"， this study advocates the construction of the training mechanism of "telling Chinese classics stories well"， and puts forward a systematic view that takes the cultivation of students， the construction of teaching materials and courses， and the building of teaching staff as the bases. This study points out the guiding and heading role of "telling Chinese classics stories well" in the teaching of classics translation， and suggests that the idea should be permeated into the cultivation of students， the construction of curriculum and the compilation of teaching materials. The mission of should always be kept in mind to provide advice and reference for the training goal translation talents.
