 Several pieces of pavilion-style and multi-eave tower models of ancient Dali were excavated from Qianxun Pagoda and Hongsheng Pagoda of Chongsheng Temple. The model bases are carved with Five Dhyani Buddhas， i.e.， Akshobhya of the East， Ratnasa bhava of the South， Amitabha of the West， and Amoghasiddhi of the North， and Mahāvairocana in the middle， which are the main features of Vajra-dhatu Mandala and carry profound connotations and different implications.

The native officer system is the product of the Central Plains Dynasty's policy of restraining the ethnic minorities in the southwestern border of the motherland. It has played an important role in maintaining national unity， border stability and national unity and progress. The Zuos' Tusi system of Weishan Yi people in Yunnan lasted for three dynasties， i.e.， Yuan， Ming and Qing. During Ming and Qing dynasties， the Zuo's family members inherited the official position and title for 514 years， and thus became one of the three most powerful and long-lasting Tusi of the ethnic minorities in Yunnan. The Zuos had attached great importance to family management and regional autonomy， and made indelible contributions to the construction of family and local politics， economy and culture. Based on Menghua Zuo Family Genealogy， Menghua Zuo Tuguan Records and tablet inscriptions， the article explores the successful experiences of the Zuos in family governance， livelihood services， family and country isomorphism， national unity and progress， etc .

 In response to the national call of "telling Chinese stories well" and "carrying forward Chinese traditional culture"， this study advocates the construction of the training mechanism of "telling Chinese classics stories well"， and puts forward a systematic view that takes the cultivation of students， the construction of teaching materials and courses， and the building of teaching staff as the bases. This study points out the guiding and heading role of "telling Chinese classics stories well" in the teaching of classics translation， and suggests that the idea should be permeated into the cultivation of students， the construction of curriculum and the compilation of teaching materials. The mission of should always be kept in mind to provide advice and reference for the training goal translation talents.

As one of the most important contemporary American naturalistic writers， John Haines was the Laureate Poet in Alaska.He insisted that poetry creation was integrated with localities and rooted in the vast wilderness ofAlaska. He advocated looking at the land and seeing history， breaking the boundaries between time and space， drawing lessons from nature and traditions， and opposing the self-centered introspection. During the process of his personal experience in wilderness， a unique "night vision" was developed to hide the poet and to allow the reader to come to the center of the poetic scene， thus realizing the ideal linking language with the earth in poetry.

The reason why international legal regime on green technology transfer has failed to work is the absence， dislocation and offside of non-state actors such as transnational corporations and non-governmental organizations. The fact that most green technologies have been owned by transnational corporations makes it impossible for developed countries to perform their international commitments. A more fair green technology transfer system of international law should be set up. Through the international law and domestic law interactive mechanism， it will encourage them in many developed countries to implement the international treaty commitment in the form of domestic law. And the active involvement of government can push the multinational companies of developed countries to developing countries for effective technology transfer. Market mechanism represented by PPP may stimulate the spontaneity of transnational corporations to transfer green technologies voluntarily. The influence of non-governmental organizations has increased excessively， which has caused function offside. They shall reconcile the interest conflicts between the South and the Northin a soft way， and give play to the role of intelligence source to promote technology transfer. International legal regime on green technology transfer under the concept of building a community of a shared future for mankind is full of Chinese elements.China's contribution to the Belt and Road Initiative and RCEP has produced positive effects in form of technology spillover and demonstrated a good example in the field of green technology transfer.

 The global flow of personal data is a direct driving force for the in-depth development of the global digital economy. Information privacy regulations in the era of the digital economy have become an unavoidable issue for global data governance. The rise of data sovereignty and security has prompted sovereign countries and relevant international organizations to regulate data cross-border. The internationalization of information privacy is attributed to the digitization of information and the universally connected network life structure， it is concerned about how to collect， process， share， store and delete personal data in accordance with the law. The private sector， which holds a large amount of personal data， has become an important subject in the innovation and development of the global digital economy. International regulations on information privacy are inseparable from the participation of the private sector. The international legal regulation of information privacy should be improved from three aspects： the private sector should be directly included in the relevant information privacy international regulation platform； the establishment of a unified minimum protection standard for information privacy and related technical standards； and international regulations on violation of information privacy responsibility.

The application of long-arm jurisdiction in international environmental civil public interest litigation will not only help to regulate the behavior of foreign subjects harming China's environmental public interest， but also promote the oversea enterprises to shoulder the obligation of protecting international environmental public interest. In the application of extraterritorial jurisdiction， it is necessary to establish the guiding position of the "principle of long-term common interests of mankind"， expand the international connotation of "social public interests"， and use the standard of "long-term common interests of mankind" as the applicable conditions for long-arm jurisdiction instead of "minimum contacts".Based on equal consultation， the long-arm jurisdiction and its counterbalance mechanisms of international environmental civil public interest litigation have been incorporated into multilateral treaty law. While contributing China's legal power to solve global environmental problems， it also takes into account the respect and protection of judicial and environmental sovereignty of other countries.

 The very nature of education is to define what talents should be cultivated. According to the theories of holistic education， education is to cultivate qualified employees for enterprises and talents for nation， as well as to tap the full potential of a person， thus helping him develop fully in physical soundness， knowledge， skills， morality， spirit， soul and creativity. The multi-dimensional coordinated development concept of "student-society-human-environment" of holistic education is highly compatible with the certification system of tourism education of the World Tourism Organization. It is necessary to improve the education quality of China's higher vocational tourism education in an all-round and whole-process way， which carries forward the concepts of holistic education are instrumental for China's higher vocational tourism education to adjust the training target， expand the international vision. Also， we need to reform the training mode and deepen the integration of industry and education， to optimize the curriculum system and cultivate tourism morality， and to cultivate teachers' quality and change their role and teaching methods should be innovated to meet future challenges.

 The Chinese Nation Community Introduction course is the main channel for colleges and universities to carry out the consciousness education of the Chinese Nation Community. Based on the concept and method of evidence-based, the research evidence about college students' consciousness education of Chinese Nation Community can be obtained by systematic review, and the practical evidence of typical teaching cases of Chinese Nation Community Introduction course can be obtained through questionnaire survey. Combining the two kinds of evidence can provide useful references for improving the effect, links, ability and resources of curriculum teaching practice, so as to promote college students' embodiment of the Chinese Nation Community and forge a strong sense of the Chinese Nation Community.

University is a place of the academic institution and home of spirit. University teachers have both the cultural characteristics of teachers and intellectuals， thus having its spiritual and cultural temperament. The pursuit of happy spiritual life and cultivation of spiritual bearing based on the academics are the deep exploration of realizing the value and significance of university teachers' existence. Therefore， "academics" has more special spiritual implications for university teachers. However， between materialism and academic spirit， university teachers are divided and anxious. They are respectively manifested as "academic innovation anxiety： the loss of academic innovation spirit" "academic management anxiety： indifferent digital academy"  "academic materialization anxiety： utilitarian chemistry's academic desire to cover up and bring out"， and so on. It is pointed out that these negative phenomena are of guiding significance to the spiritual well-being and academic development of university teachers.

In order to explore the relationship between rumination， hopelessness， emotional self-efficacy and suicide risk， a total of 638 college students were assessed with the Rumination Response Scale-Chinese Version， Beck Hopelessness Scale， Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy， Suicidal Behaviors Questionnaire-Revised. The study found that， suicide risk was significantly positively related to rumination and hopelessness， and negatively correlated with emotional regulation self-efficacy. Hopelessness played a partial mediating role in the relation between rumination and suicide risk； emotional self-efficacy moderated the relation between rumination and hopelessness （the first half of mediating effect）， that is emotional self-efficacy may buffer the influence of rumination on hopelessness， thus reducing suicide risk.

From a category-fit-in perspective， mental health education should be integrated into ideological and political education. Mental health education and ideological and political education share the same scope of the educator and the educated. The effective objects of mental health are cognition， emotion， determination and behavior and these belong to the category of thoughts and behaviors. The implementation of mental health education needs the dredging and guiding， the encouraging and educating of the educator. Mental health education promotes the harmonious coexistence between individuals and society through psychological guidance. It should be positioned as the subordinate discipline of ideological and political pedagogy， and the integration of mental health education and ideological as well as political education should be realized from the three aspects of curriculum setting， textbook compilation and teaching mode.

 CBI emphasizes the integration of language learning with specific subject content. This teaching approach is reflected in the designation of the International Chinese Language Education syllabus， the arrangement of teaching materialsand the organization of teaching activities. Taking Chinese language education in the UAE as an example， this paper analyzes and compares Chinese teaching programs in the UAE. International Chinese Language Education involves all stages of K-12 education inUnited Arab Emirates. By analyzing the characteristics， content， and functions of Chinese teaching in each stage， the application of CBI in the UAE's Chinese teaching project is summarized. After comparing the characteristics of the two projects of Chinese programs in the UAE， the effect of optimizing the CBI under the standardized teaching mode is further proposed.

The compilation cycle of textbooks on Chinese for Special Purpose（CSP） is always long. It causes the words of the textbooks lag the development of language and society. With the help of algorithms， models， and platforms of Natural Language Processing， A new model is proposed for compiling textbooks on CSP. By extracting words from corpus automatically， constructing"Topic-Lexicon" structure， using mature tools for difficulty analysis， localization translation， it is possible to compile special-purpose textbooks quickly in order to maintain the timeliness of textbooks and facilitate the development of special-purpose Chinese teaching.

 The teaching practicum of pre-service teachers is a critical period for the construction of self-identity and will have an important impact on personal careers. This research takes the students majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages of a certain university as the research object， adopts Wenger's identity theory as the analytical framework， and uses narrative research methods to investigate and study the characteristics and construction process of their identity in the process of practicum. The research results show that the professional identity development of pre-service teachers of TCSL is dynamic and complex. During the internship process， their professional identity is transformed through interaction with the internship school environment， mentors， and students， gradually moving from the periphery to the center after the process of identity recognition has undergone constant negotiation and reconstruction. The study found that the main factors affecting the identity of pre-service teachers are the support of the intern instructor， whether the internship school environment is harmonious， and the self-efficacy of the pre-service teachers.

Taking the typical tourist city of Huangshan as a case study， the DEA-Malmquist index model was used to comprehensively evaluate the tourism efficiency of Huangshan City from 2010 to 2019， and the Tobit regression model was further used to analyze the specific factors affecting the efficiency value. The results show that from 2010 to 2019， the overall tourism efficiency of Huangshan City fluctuated greatly， and the scale efficiency did not reach the optimal state， and it was necessary to further expand the scale of tourism input factors； the Malmquist index of tourism efficiency was affected by technological progress and experienced a process of fluctuating growth； labor， capital， tourism attractiveness， tourism reception facilities and transportation development had a significant impact on the comprehensive tourism efficiency of Huangshan City. Rational allocation of labor， capital and other production factor inputs， continuous optimization of road， railway， shipping and water transport transportation conditions， and acceleration of the integration of transportation and tourism， can effectively improve the tourism efficiency of Huangshan City.
