Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Attracting excellent college students into the party's ranks will help consolidate the party's mass foundation， improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and enhance the party's ruling ability. In the context of the new era， there are three difficulties in the development of college student party members： the ideological status of students， the development of Party construction organizations and the team of party affairs. It is suggested that colleges and universities should improve the requirements of ideological investigation before students join the party， establish a defense system for the development of student party members， build a website for the education and management of Party members， strengthen the construction of one team， establish two incubation bases for Party members and realize the three extensions of party affairs so as to improve the effectiveness of the development of college student party members.
